- • As a Programmatic Strategic Lead at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of driving tangible revenue growth for our B2B SaaS clients, moving beyond traditional lead generation to focus on pipeline acceleration and sales qualification. This is a critical, client-facing role where you will own the day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns, ensuring they not only meet but exceed client objectives through strategic planning, meticulous execution, and insightful optimization.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge programmatic media strategies across a diverse range of channels, including Display, Native, and Video. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging both first-party and third-party data to craft precise audience targeting and segmentation, ensuring every campaign dollar is spent with maximum impact.
- • A core responsibility will be the hands-on planning and setup of programmatic campaigns within leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and others. This involves a deep understanding of platform functionalities and best practices to build campaigns that are set up for success from the outset.
- • Continuous monitoring and optimization will be key to your role. You will be expected to proactively analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven adjustments to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and client goals.
- • You will be responsible for generating comprehensive performance reports that go beyond surface-level metrics. Your reports will distill complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, clearly communicating the value and impact of programmatic efforts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- • Identifying and swiftly resolving any issues related to campaign performance, delivery, or technical discrepancies will be a critical part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring smooth and effective campaign execution.

- • You will be a key player in driving programmatic growth for clients, particularly those with significant monthly budgets (over $50k), demonstrating a proven ability to scale successful campaigns and deliver measurable business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic media buying and strategy, ideally within an agency, publisher, or ad tech environment, with a strong preference for B2B/SaaS experience.
- • Hands-on expertise in building and optimizing campaigns across major Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), with a demonstrated preference for experience in The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
- • Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and developing robust measurement frameworks to effectively evaluate campaign success against client KPIs.
- • Strong understanding of how programmatic channels integrate with and complement other paid and organic marketing efforts to achieve holistic client objectives.
