- • The Programmatic Strategist is a client-facing role responsible for managing programmatic campaigns across DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk, driving measurable results for B2B and SaaS clients through data-informed strategy, optimization, and reporting. This role is critical to Directive Consulting’s mission of delivering real revenue—not just leads—by executing Customer Generation methodology that fuels pipeline and scales brands serious about growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives, integrating first- and third-party data for precise audience targeting, building and launching campaigns across Display, Native, Video, and Audio channels, continuously optimizing for performance and pacing goals, generating actionable insights from performance reports, troubleshooting delivery issues, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and account teams, serving as the primary client contact for updates and strategic recommendations, and presenting campaign plans and results to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies, with bonus consideration for B2B or SaaS experience
- • Hands-on expertise in media buying, including building and optimizing campaigns in Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), with preference for experience in The Trade Desk (TTD) and Display & Video 360 (DV360)
- • Strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and balancing competing priorities effectively
- • Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success against client KPIs
- • Experience driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with monthly budgets exceeding $50k
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally internally and serve as a trusted client-facing strategist externally
