- • The Programmatic Trader (Remote Canada) role at Directive Consulting LLC is a strategic, client-facing position responsible for managing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple channels, directly contributing to revenue growth for B2B and SaaS clients by driving pipeline and scaling marketing performance through data-driven media buying and optimization.
- • This role is critical to Directive’s mission of delivering real revenue—not just leads—by leveraging Customer Generation methodology to cut through market noise and deliver measurable business impact for high-growth brands.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives, integrating first- and third-party data for precise audience targeting, planning and launching programmatic campaigns across DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk, continuously monitoring and optimizing campaigns to meet performance and pacing goals, generating actionable performance reports, troubleshooting delivery issues, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and account teams, serving as the primary client contact for updates and strategic recommendations, and presenting campaign plans and results to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies, with bonus consideration for B2B experience
- • Hands-on expertise in media buying, including building and optimizing campaigns in Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), with preference for experience in The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360
- • Strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset capable of managing multiple projects while driving programmatic growth across B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month
