- • As a Programmatic Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable revenue growth for B2B and SaaS clients by designing and executing high-impact programmatic campaigns that go beyond lead generation to fuel pipeline and scale brand performance.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns across Display, Native, Video, and Audio channels, leveraging platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk to build, optimize, and report on strategies that align with client business objectives and deliver against aggressive performance goals.

- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and account leadership to ensure cohesive campaign execution, while serving as the trusted primary point of contact for clients, translating complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies, with hands-on expertise in building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk
- • Demonstrated success driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients managing budgets over $50k/month, including experience in media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- • Strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing collaboration and cross-functional team coordination
