📋 Description

• As a Programs Manager for Microsoft at Pax8, you will own and scale one of the company’s most strategic vendor relationships, driving program execution, innovation, and readiness to achieve revenue goals while shaping how Microsoft programs perform globally.
• You will lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft programs, align cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and partner functions, build and optimize program plans using Microsoft frameworks, act as a key liaison between Pax8 and Microsoft, and deliver insights through program reporting rhythms to senior stakeholders.
• Pax8 is building the managed intelligence marketplace with a people-first culture, where collaboration, innovation, and impact are central. You’ll work with passionate teams who embrace a “We before me” mindset and have access to AI-powered tools, learning resources, and global collaboration opportunities to accelerate your growth.
• In this role, you’ll strengthen Pax8’s Microsoft partnership by increasing partner adoption, enhancing program efficiency, and contributing directly to revenue growth. You’ll gain visibility with senior leadership, develop expertise in vendor program management, and have clear pathways to advance within Pax8’s global organization through internal development hubs and stretch opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex program operations within technology, cloud, or channel ecosystems
• Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes through scalable program strategies and execution
• Strong background in channel sales, partner programs, or vendor alliances
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and solving complex challenges with clear, structured thinking
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting insights and strategies to senior stakeholders
• Working familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystems and program structures
• Comfort adopting AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making
