📋 Description
- • Contact students enrolled in the Google-NASH-USM Professional Certificates program to gather updates on their progress.
- • Inquire about student completion rates, challenges, and engagement levels using structured outreach protocols.
- • Document all student interactions accurately and in a timely manner using designated reporting forms and digital tools.
- • Provide encouragement and motivational support to students who are struggling or at risk of falling behind in coursework.
- • Recognize and acknowledge students who are successfully meeting or exceeding program expectations.
- • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of student progress, communication history, and intervention outcomes.
- • Prepare and submit detailed reports to management on student engagement trends, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
- • Attend regular meetings with manager or designated supervisor to review student data, identify systemic challenges, and align on support strategies.
- • Utilize email, spreadsheets, and online reporting platforms to track, analyze, and communicate student information with precision.
- • Ensure all communication with students is professional, empathetic, and aligned with program goals and institutional values.
- • Operate independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability for task completion and data integrity.
- • Adhere to privacy and data protection standards when handling student information.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support delivery across the student population.
- • Respond to student inquiries promptly and direct them to appropriate resources when needed.
- • Monitor deadlines and follow up on overdue activities to maximize student retention and program completion.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on program materials, communication tools, and student support processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma
- • 1-3 years of experience in student support, academic advising, or customer service
- • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- • Ability to motivate and engage students in an encouraging and professional manner
- • Proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, and online reporting tools
