  • • The Project Associate role at Lindus Health is a pivotal position within the Clinical Operations team, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming clinical trial infrastructure to accelerate patient access to breakthrough treatments. By supporting the end-to-end delivery of innovative clinical trials across therapeutic areas and phases, this role enables Lindus Health to disrupt outdated CRO models and drive meaningful impact in healthcare innovation.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading specific aspects of trial delivery under the guidance of Project Leads and Associate Directors, such as drafting trial documents and plans, preparing submission materials, setting up and maintaining the Trial Master File (TMF), coordinating data management activities, managing site setup and investigator relationships, overseeing trial equipment and supplies, implementing central monitoring, and conducting study trainings. The role also involves maintaining regulatory files to GCP standards, supporting monitoring visits, ensuring audit-ready documentation, escalating compliance issues, and proactively identifying risks.
  • • In stakeholder management, the Project Associate serves as a key point of contact for sponsors, sites, and vendors, autonomously drafting agendas, minutes, newsletters, and study metrics for Project Lead approval, managing study inboxes efficiently, and supporting meeting coordination and reporting. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, requiring participation in team meetings, clear communication with diverse stakeholders, and follow-up on action items to ensure timely execution across teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in clinical research operations, health sector, project management, or CRA/clinical trial coordination roles
  • • Background in a research or healthcare environment
  • • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail in document creation and maintenance
  • • Excellent communication abilities to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and draft professional correspondence autonomously
  • • Solutions-focused mindset with high initiative, ownership, and comfort escalating issues when needed
  • • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities without losing sight of details
  • • Strong work ethic and capacity to learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
