- • Support end-to-end delivery of airline IT projects from initiation through execution by coordinating tasks, tracking dependencies, and ensuring alignment across global teams.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including schedules, RAID logs, delivery trackers, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- • Own action item management across multiple workstreams, following up with owners to ensure timely completion and resolution of deliverables.
- • Prepare clear, concise, and data-driven status reports for senior delivery leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
- • Proactively identify project blockers, delays, or risks and escalate issues with clarity and context to senior leadership for timely resolution.
- • Collaborate closely with technology, operations, and business teams across multiple time zones to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
- • Ensure all project deliverables align with organizational goals and contribute to improving airline retailing, reservations, and operational efficiency.
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to track metrics, visualize progress, and generate reports that support project governance and stakeholder alignment.
- • Operate within a flexible, inclusive, and global work environment that encourages boldness, curiosity, and collaboration to drive innovation in travel technology.
- • Contribute to a culture of accountability by maintaining high standards of detail orientation, organization, and follow-through on all assigned responsibilities.
- • Support the implementation of advanced airline technology solutions that enhance traveler experiences and enable airlines to retail, distribute, and fulfill travel globally.
- • Work within Sabre’s AI-native, cloud-native architecture ecosystem that powers one of the world’s largest travel data clouds.
- • Partner with senior delivery leaders to monitor milestones, adjust timelines as needed, and ensure commitments are met despite complex travel industry challenges.
- • Adapt to evolving project priorities in a fast-paced, global technology environment serving airlines, hoteliers, and travel agencies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or operations in a global environment with exposure to multi-location stakeholders
- • Basic understanding of project management concepts and standard delivery practices
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting
- • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple technology and business teams
- • Proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and strong action item management skills
- • Ability to identify project blockers early and escalate issues with clarity to senior leaders
