📋 Description

• • As a Project Coordinator at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd., you will serve as the primary onsite coordinator for a high-volume research study, ensuring a seamless and professional participant experience from check-in to completion while supporting the company’s mission to advance safe, scalable AI deployment through high-quality data curation.
• • Day to day, you will greet and manage participant flow, verify eligibility and consent, escort participants to study areas, maintain accurate records, process payments, communicate with remote teams via Slack and email, and proactively identify and resolve operational risks or disruptions.
