This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and successful delivery of respiratory clinical trials, acting as a key support system for Project Managers and a wide array of cross-functional teams.
  • • Your primary focus will be on meticulously coordinating all study activities, ensuring the precise tracking and management of critical respiratory devices and data collection tools. This attention to detail is paramount for maintaining the integrity and quality of the data generated throughout the entire study lifecycle.
  • • You will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of documentation, ensuring that all study-related paperwork is accurate, complete, and readily accessible, which is crucial for regulatory compliance and successful trial outcomes.
  • • The role demands exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the proven ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced, and globally distributed work environment.

  • • Responsibilities include supporting database setup, contributing to the development of essential study documentation, managing the distribution and tracking of vital equipment, and preparing and distributing comprehensive reports.
  • • You will also be responsible for the meticulous archiving of all study documentation, ensuring a well-organized and retrievable record of trial activities.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve coordinating Project Assurance meetings, actively participating in their organization, and assisting in the compilation of accurate meeting minutes and actionable items to drive progress.
  • • You will provide crucial support for the financial components of study management, including assisting with documentation and database updates necessitated by scope changes, following up on invoice reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy, and preparing insightful reports that support study forecasting activities.
  • • Ensuring compliance with timely training completion and the proper documentation of such training for all relevant personnel will be a core responsibility.
  • • You will be a point of contact for responding to customer inquiries and will participate in customer calls and meetings as directed by the Project Manager, providing essential support and information.
  • • In specific instances, you may be asked to take the lead in managing various aspects of a project, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
  • • You will foster and support cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with internal teams such as Data Science, IT, and Clinical Operations to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to study execution.
  • • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts will be encouraged, helping to refine and enhance Clario's operational effectiveness.
  • • You will play a role in issue management by diligently documenting and tracking progress on identified issues and customer escalations, ensuring their timely and satisfactory resolution.
