• • As a Project Coordinator (PC) at Centific, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operational success of our projects. This role is crucial for maintaining project momentum and ensuring seamless execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Project Associates (PAs) and the broader crowd resources involved in our data curation and AI development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include clearly communicating project details, providing necessary training, and proactively addressing any project-related issues that arise at the resource level. • • Key Responsibilities:
• • Facilitate the smooth execution of daily project operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• • Act as the central communication hub for Project Associates (PAs) and crowd resources, relaying project objectives, updates, and requirements accurately.
• • Compile and analyze daily production reports, providing insights into project progress and identifying potential bottlenecks.
• • Accurately manage and compile timekeeping records for project resources, ensuring proper allocation and tracking of effort.
• • Support the adherence to and updating of Lean documentation, contributing to process optimization and standardization.
• • Deliver clear and concise project details and training sessions to PAs and crowd resources, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
• • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and address project issues at the resource level, escalating when necessary to Project Managers (PMs) or Senior Project Managers (SPMs).
• • Collaborate effectively with other PCs, PMs, and SPMs to ensure comprehensive coverage of all project duties and maintain an appropriate process flow.
• • Respond promptly and effectively to ambiguities, changes, or updates communicated by PMs and/or SPMs, ensuring the project team remains aligned.
• • Actively identify and propose process improvements or areas of waste to enhance overall process flow and promote greater efficiency.
• • Complete End of Day (EOD) reporting, focusing on process flow and ensuring a seamless handoff to the next shift owners.
• • Consistently meet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the specific process flow of your assigned project.
• • Undertake additional duties as required to support project success and contribute to the team's objectives.
