📋 Description

• • The Project Coordinator (PC) is an entry-level role responsible for the day-to-day running of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for Project Associates and crowd resources, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution at the resource level.
• • Daily duties include compiling production reports and timekeeping records, updating Lean documentation, communicating project details and training, addressing resource-level issues, coordinating with other PCs, PMs, and SPMs for process coverage, responding promptly to changes from PMs/SPMs, identifying process improvements and waste, completing End of Day reporting for shift handoffs, and meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
