- • The Project Coordinator EMEA, Production role provides essential back-office support to ensure seamless 24/5 production delivery by managing linguist assignments, deadlines, and workflows within the Lilt platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assigning linguists to projects, setting and managing deadlines per customer SLAs, tracking assignment status, communicating with linguists about risks or issues, coordinating and logging queries, reassigning projects when needed, handling data entry for linguist performance and payments, managing translation quality feedback, monitoring QA checks, delivering projects on time, ensuring accurate system administration, understanding production workflows, utilizing Production Enablement tools, following protocols, and escalating risks or blockers promptly.
- • The role operates under a Production Manager or Lead, reporting to a hub lead for geographic capacity and performance management, contributing to Lilt’s mission of enabling global communication through AI-powered translation services.
- • The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in localization project coordination, gain hands-on experience with translation management systems, strengthen organizational and cross-cultural communication skills, and contribute to high-stakes, time-sensitive delivery cycles in a fast-paced, innovative AI-driven language technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree
- • Proficiency in English at a professional level
- • Past experience in translation, project coordination/management, linguistic, or localization-related activities
- • Solid organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- • 1+ years in a project management role or similar field (preferred)
