📋 Description

• • The Project Coordinator is an entry-level role responsible for the day-to-day running of projects, acting as the point of contact for Project Associates and crowd resources, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution at the resource level.
• • Daily duties include compiling production reports and timekeeping records, updating Lean documentation, communicating project details and training, addressing resource-level issues, coordinating with other PCs, PMs, and SPMs, responding to changes from supervisors, identifying process improvements, completing End of Day reporting, and meeting KPIs for assigned process flows.
