- • Project Delivery Manager at Tandem Health Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end implementation of the company’s AI-powered clinical assistant platform for healthcare providers in Finland, directly contributing to improved clinician workflows and patient care outcomes by bridging technology deployment with real-world clinical needs.
- • The role involves leading customer implementation projects from contract signing to go-live, managing timelines, scope, and resources while coordinating technical setup, clinical documentation configuration, user training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless adoption of Tandem’s AI solutions across Wellbeing Services Counties and private healthcare providers.
- • You will work closely with engineering, Medical Operations, and customer teams to align technical execution with clinical requirements, ensuring EHR integrations are properly configured and documentation templates reflect local workflows, while acting as the primary point of contact for customers to build trust and maintain project momentum.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional implementation efforts, managing risks and dependencies across workstreams, refining internal delivery playbooks for scalability, organizing and facilitating user training programmes with Medical Operations, and traveling locally and to Stockholm for team alignment and customer meetings.
- • The role is based in Helsinki with expectations for local customer travel and periodic trips to Stockholm to collaborate with the broader Tandem team, offering a hybrid work model grounded in in-person collaboration for complex implementation tasks.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level fluency in Finnish and excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- • Proven track record in project management, preferably delivering technology solutions in social or healthcare settings
- • Experience in a technology company, with preference for SaaS implementation or deployment projects
- • Familiarity with healthcare IT environments, including EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and change management in care organisations
- • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with frontline clinicians to C-level executives
- • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
