Project Director, State & Local Government

📋 Description

• • As a Project Director for State & Local Government at Workday, you will lead the end-to-end management of customer deployments in the public sector, ensuring successful implementation of Workday’s Human Capital Management, Payroll, Financial Management, and Planning solutions for midsize and large government organizations.
• • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of Workday-primed and partner-primed projects, overseeing budget, timeline, scope, and risks; act as a trusted advisor to customer executive leadership; participate in Steering Committee meetings; collaborate with Services Sales, Consulting Managers, and Resource Management to staff teams and resolve resource challenges; conduct project assessments; provide advisory services on strategic initiatives; review change orders; and mentor Engagement Managers on Workday methodology and best practices.
