- • Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to create, administer, and manage project plans, reports, and schedules for telecommunications and datacenter infrastructure projects across the US.
- • Perform data entry, review, and processing of project forms and deliverable documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- • Maintain and update project trackers and third-party tracking databases to reflect current project status and milestones.
- • Assist in data collection, validation, and ongoing maintenance of information across internal and third-party systems used for project reporting.
- • Handle project invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing aligned with contract terms and financial policies.
- • Serve as the liaison between National Project Accountants and Procurement teams to facilitate smooth financial and procurement workflows.
- • Attend internal and external client calls, providing administrative support including preparation of materials and documentation.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, communicating project status updates and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, or delays, and generate actionable items for team members to address.
- • Prepare and distribute comprehensive project reports to project staff and leadership to support decision-making and accountability.
- • Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- • Independently learn and adapt to department functions, existing processes, and procedural requirements without direct supervision.
- • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the Telecommunications Group’s operational goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a similar program, graduated in 2023 or later
- • Must be eligible to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship, now or in the future
- • Highly proficient in MS Excel
- • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
