📋 Description

• • The Project Lead, Clinical Delivery at CareAccess Inc. is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving the success of client projects across service lines, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project delivery, client satisfaction, and budget management.
• • Day to day, the role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Clinical Delivery projects, developing project plans and strategies, managing scope and deliverables, coordinating activities with study teams and clients, hosting regular client calls to review progress and KPIs, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, tracking quality metrics, analyzing study protocols for optimization, developing risk management plans, identifying new service opportunities, and collaborating with other Project Leads to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
