- • Lindus Health is at the forefront of revolutionizing clinical trials, aiming to accelerate the delivery of life-saving treatments to patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead II to spearhead our most intricate and demanding clinical trials. This pivotal role is designed for individuals ready to take on significant responsibility, encompassing end-to-end trial ownership and the crucial leadership of a dedicated team. As a Project Lead II, you will be the linchpin in ensuring the successful execution of complex, multi-country trials, acting as the primary liaison with sponsors and demonstrating exceptional problem-solving acumen.
- • In this capacity, you will be entrusted with the complete accountability for 1-2 complex trials, from their initial setup through to final archiving. Your role as the Trial Champion will involve navigating sophisticated regulatory landscapes, managing diverse stakeholder relationships, and consistently meeting stringent timelines and objectives. A key aspect of this position is the development of profound expertise in our proprietary platform, Citrus, enabling you to proactively identify potential challenges and implement robust contingency strategies. This role is a significant advancement from a Project Lead I, demanding a blend of strategic oversight, operational excellence, and people management.
- • Beyond trial execution, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our clinical operations. This includes contributing significantly to the development and optimization of operational processes, creating comprehensive training materials, authoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting business development initiatives as capacity permits. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our clinical trial services, reinforcing Lindus Health's position as a leader in the industry.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in project management, an unwavering work ethic, and a demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and take high ownership. Exceptional communication skills are paramount, enabling effective interaction with all levels of stakeholders, from sponsors and regulatory bodies to internal teams and site personnel. You will be expected to exhibit a solutions-focused mindset, coupled with strong initiative and the confidence to make independent decisions on complex trial challenges.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving. You will be adept at anticipating potential roadblocks, developing mitigation plans, and responding effectively to unforeseen issues that may arise during a trial. Experience in leading complex and/or multi-country trials, involving a multitude of stakeholders, is essential. Furthermore, you will have proven people leadership experience, demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring, managing, and developing team members.
- • The ability to work autonomously while juggling multiple complex priorities and making sound judgments with minimal supervision is critical. A deep understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions is a prerequisite. You should be comfortable contributing to strategic initiatives such as process development, training programs, and business development activities, including networking and contributing to new business opportunities on behalf of Lindus Health.
- • Ultimately, the Project Lead II will embody the Lindus Health values: Be Transparent, High Agency, and Benefit Patients. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials that ultimately improve patient outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization that is fundamentally changing the landscape of clinical research.
- • Key responsibilities will include: leading 1-2 highly complex and/or multi-country trials from initiation to close-out; serving as the primary sponsor point of contact; managing complex regulatory environments and multi-stakeholder relationships; forecasting and managing trial timelines and budgets with accountability for all deliverables and resource forecasting; line-managing a small team of Project Associates and Patient Recruitment Coordinators, providing coaching and direct feedback for professional development; utilizing the proprietary Citrus platform to its full potential while proactively managing risks; serving as a key member of cross-functional project teams; collaborating with leadership to resolve issues; contributing to company-level process improvements and bid defenses; and supporting business development efforts.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career within a rapidly expanding company that is making a significant difference in healthcare. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and a shared commitment to patient well-being.
