- • As the Lead Project Specialist, you will act as a change agent driving sustainable process change in a cross-functional environment, enabling measurable improvements in key operating metrics such as on-time delivery, productivity, logistics spend, and inventory/cash position.
- • Day to day, you will support global Order Fulfillment execution by standardizing processes and leveraging the Order Fulfillment digital ecosystem, including Oracle R12, eOM, myOrders, OTM, WMS, MSCA, and other digital applications.
- • You will work with stakeholders to assess current state processes, identify operational needs through gap analyses and process flow charts, and drive transformation via simplification, standardization, and digitization of workflows.
- • You will employ project management skills to track deliverables, manage action items, document meeting minutes, facilitate team communications, and prepare presentations while defining process requirements and translating business needs into Digital Technology 'Definition of Ready'.
- • You will partner with QA/RA and Product Controllership to highlight trends from governance findings, manage reporting on digital fulfillment success measures, and collaborate to design future-state processes that eliminate manual steps and enable automation.
