📋 Description

• • The Project Management Lead at Precision AQ, LLC is a pivotal role responsible for planning, moving, and tracking tasks in collaboration with internal teams and clients, serving as the main communication hub for assigned accounts to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing tickets in project management tools like JIRA or MS Project, orchestrating onboarding checklists, prioritizing multiple jobs with strong attention to detail, tracking delivery completion, troubleshooting client and internal issues, escalating concerns to the Senior Client Success Manager, organizing client documentation, and conducting basic data analytics on project metrics such as average turnaround time.
• • The role operates within a client-focused, cross-functional environment at Precision AQ, LLC, partnering closely with Delivery, Product, Account, Engineering, and Client Success teams to anticipate problems, ensure adherence to client requests, and maintain accurate records of all communications and compliance paperwork.
• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in product and client systems, strengthen project management and stakeholder communication skills, gain experience in legal/compliance documentation (licenses, TPAs, SOWs), and grow into a trusted advisor capable of driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and process optimization.
