📋 Description

• As Project Manager at Solenis LLC, you will lead the global service productivity program, delivering $10M in savings over two years by managing both digital and non-digital initiatives to improve sales and service productivity.
• Day to day, you will define targets and workplans for each initiative, execute TMO processes, ensure strong governance using standardized tools, build relationships across the commercial organization, drive change adoption, lead governance processes, and present progress to executives monthly.
• Solenis is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions with 78 manufacturing facilities worldwide, over 23,000 employees across >160 countries, and a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
• In this role, you will develop strategic project management expertise, strengthen cross-functional leadership, master TMO governance and change management processes, and deliver measurable financial impact through scalable productivity initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Process improvement experience and productivity experience preferred
• Led Institutional, Consumer, Industrial or NCH services
• Critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to break down complex problems into discrete small projects
