📋 Description

• • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise AI roll-outs. From the moment a Fortune-1000 customer signs, you will translate high-level business goals into a detailed 90-day delivery roadmap, break it into weekly sprints, and drive every workstream to completion.
• • Act as the single source of truth for scope, timeline, budget, and quality. You will chair weekly steering-committee calls, publish concise status dashboards, and surface risks before they become blockers—keeping both C-suite sponsors and engineering squads aligned.
• • Orchestrate cross-functional squads across Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success. You will run daily stand-ups, manage Jira backlogs, and ensure API integrations, data-migration scripts, and voice-script refinements all land in lockstep.
• • Champion the customer’s voice inside Synthflow. You will translate technical trade-offs into business impact, negotiate scope changes, and secure sign-offs—turning early adopters into vocal advocates who expand usage across call centers and BPO partners.
• • Build and refine our Professional Services playbook. After each go-live you will capture lessons learned, codify templates, and automate reporting so the next implementation is faster, smoother, and even more delightful for customers.
• • Measure what matters. You will define success KPIs—call-containment rate, average handle time reduction, CSAT uplift—and track them in real time, using data to steer iterative improvements and prove ROI in quarterly business reviews.
• • Scale with the company. As we 10× our customer base, you will mentor junior PMs, pilot new agile ceremonies, and influence product roadmaps to eliminate recurring delivery friction—turning Synthflow into the category standard for enterprise voice AI deployment.
