- • Project Manager role at Ensemble Health Partners LLC, a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, supporting hospitals and physician groups nationwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing project management functions aligned with PMO best practices, leading project teams through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing, ensuring well-defined project scope, cost-budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, and change control, managing risks, issues, actions, and changes, establishing effective communication plans, monitoring project performance, and adhering to enterprise PMO tools and best practices.
- • The Project Office is critical to Ensemble’s growth through flexible but structured Portfolio Project Management (PPM) best practices; the PMO team oversees projects in technology, operations, clients, HR, or process improvements, with a focus on vendor installations delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare revenue cycle project management, gain experience with PMO methodologies, strengthen leadership and stakeholder communication skills, pursue HFMA CRCR certification, and advance your career through tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities while contributing to Ensemble’s mission of redefining healthcare through innovation and excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 3 years of previous experience
- • 1-2 years of Revenue Cycle or healthcare experience, strongly preferred
- • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire
- • Strong communication skills
- • Willingness and ability to travel to client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
