- • Own the full project lifecycle—from initial charter to final closeout—ensuring every initiative at New Story Inc. launches on time, within budget, and with measurable impact on the children and families we serve.
- • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable project scopes that align with our mission of delivering individualized education and therapeutic support.
- • Build and maintain living project artifacts: detailed charters, integrated master schedules, risk/issue logs, budget forecasts, and communication plans that keep cross-functional teams rowing in the same direction.
- • Balance competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects, optimizing scarce resources while safeguarding quality and compliance with PMO governance standards.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between executive sponsors, clinical staff, IT, finance, vendors, and external partners—translating technical jargon into human language and vice versa to drive consensus and rapid decision-making.
- • Champion change-control discipline: evaluate scope-creep requests, escalate critical decisions, and ensure every adjustment is documented, approved, and communicated to all stakeholders.
- • Coordinate internal subject-matter experts and external contractors through matrixed reporting structures, removing roadblocks and maintaining morale so teams can focus on delivering life-changing outcomes.
- • Oversee rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business-readiness activities, ensuring every system, process, or program is classroom-ready and clinician-approved before go-live.
- • Provide transparent, data-driven status reporting—weekly dashboards, monthly executive summaries, and ad-hoc deep-dives—so leadership can make informed strategic decisions.
- • Continuously refine PMO tools, templates, and workflows; introduce automation and best-practice enhancements that reduce administrative overhead and accelerate delivery.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends in project management, education technology, and healthcare compliance, bringing fresh ideas that keep New Story at the forefront of therapeutic education.

- • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, protecting both our students and our reputation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience
- • Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience
- • PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred
- • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven client-facing and internal stakeholder management experience
- • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
