📋 Description

• Project Manager at KissMyApps SAS, a platform company uniting 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products with 100+ million users, responsible for coordinating operational processes, documentation, and structured digital systems to support rapid growth.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating operational processes, communicating with external contractors, preparing, maintaining, and archiving organizational documentation, managing structured digital document and spreadsheet systems, and gathering and organizing financial documents.
• The team operates within a fast-growing, product-driven ecosystem that includes world-leading apps in utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness, working closely with business units, finance, legal, and PR teams to ensure seamless execution.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in cross-functional coordination, financial documentation, process optimization through data-driven decisions, and structured information management, with clear career growth based on impact and initiative rather than tenure.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for financial reporting and budgeting (P&L, budgets)
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve operational processes
• Understanding of document management, expense accounting, and payment processes
• English language proficiency at B1 level
