- • The Project Manager at Apollo Information Systems LLC owns the successful delivery of cybersecurity services engagements from kickoff to closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards while serving as the connective tissue between clients, technical teams, and leadership.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across concurrent projects; developing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and status reports; coordinating kickoffs and stakeholder meetings; capturing decisions and action items; maintaining accurate records in Cloud Coach and SharePoint; ensuring accurate time tracking for billing; and producing progress reports for leadership and clients.
- • Apollo Information Systems is a cybersecurity services company delivering comprehensive security and compliance programs through its Apollo Aegis platform and managed services, serving state and local government, education, and mid-market enterprises with a focus on election security, backed by Series A funding and a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in managing cybersecurity service portfolios, gain fluency in assessments, managed services, and incident response, contribute to PMO process improvements, and build trusted client relationships while advancing their project management career in a high-growth, values-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Project management experience, preferably in professional services, technology, or cybersecurity consulting
- • Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across multiple concurrent engagements
- • Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to lead client and executive conversations
- • High attention to detail and accuracy in planning, documentation, and reporting
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Zoom)
