- • Lead and support multidisciplinary creative teams by overseeing the planning, prioritization, and delivery of artistic assets for in-game and external content.
- • Coordinate intake, scheduling, and timelines for creative requests across Marketing, Community, Art, and other departments.
- • Facilitate reviews, approvals, and feedback loops between stakeholders and creative leads to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- • Act as the primary bridge between creative, production, marketing, publishing, and external partners to align creative output with studio goals and project roadmaps.
- • Support the production of the annual Sky Creator Award Show in partnership with the community and creative team.
- • Develop and refine creative workflows, pipelines, and tools to enable a flexible, iterative, and efficient creative environment.
- • Maintain documentation, brief templates, style guides, and asset management systems to standardize processes and improve visibility.
- • Track resourcing needs and balance workloads across internal creatives and external collaborators including freelancers, vendors, and agencies.
- • Onboard and coordinate external creative partners as needed, ensuring seamless integration and clear communication.
- • Protect creative team bandwidth by streamlining communications and minimizing unnecessary disruptions to focus and inspiration.
- • Assist with creative asset production when required, contributing hands-on support to meet project demands.
- • Ensure timely delivery of assets to support game updates, social campaigns, community events, and product launches.
- • Foster a collaborative environment where artists, designers, and producers can thrive through empathetic leadership and advocacy.

- • Maintain awareness of industry best practices in creative operations and apply insights to improve team efficiency and morale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years experience in creative operations, project/production management, or related roles—preferably within games, animation, interactive media, or entertainment.
- • Deep understanding of creative workflows across disciplines like concept art, design, narrative, and marketing.
- • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Jira, Airtable, Trello) and creative software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking across projects with different timelines.
- • Empathetic communicator who can support and advocate for creative teams while managing expectations across the studio.
