📋 Description

• Project Manager, Professional Services at Trellix, Inc. is a strategic, autonomous role responsible for leading complex, broad-scope initiatives aligned with corporate operations and policies, driving projects from inception to delivery with independent decision-making authority.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project teams, managing resource allocation, identifying and refining project objectives, assessing risks and dependencies, creating and tracking project schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating cross-functional resource utilization, and influencing business unit or cross-organizational strategy.
• Trellix is a global cybersecurity leader redefining the future of security through an open, native platform powered by AI, automation, and analytics, serving over 50,000 business and government customers with a mission to empower resilient operations via responsible innovation.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise project leadership, strategic influence, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination while contributing directly to the success of Trellix’s cybersecurity mission and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, broad-scope projects from inception to delivery
• Strong ability to exercise independent decision-making authority at the project level
• Skilled in leading project teams, managing resource allocation, and mitigating risks
• Experience interpreting and applying corporate policies and business strategies with judgment and discretion
• Ability to identify tasks, assess dependencies, costs, and assign resources while communicating expectations clearly
• Experience creating, tracking, and adjusting project schedules and monitoring progress against milestones
