  • • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for small to large-scale initiatives supporting Supply Chain Services, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • • Lead cross-functional project teams involving customers, sales, internal Supply Chain Services, service providers, and external suppliers to execute customer-facing projects.
  • • Develop, maintain, and update a KPI dashboard accessible to all stakeholders, providing weekly or bi-weekly performance reports against project plans.
  • • Oversee project budgeting, including tracking costs, capital expenditures, invoice documentation, billing, and reconciliation to ensure profitability targets are met.
  • • Apply Six Sigma and Lean principles to define, optimize, and continuously improve customer operations and internal service delivery processes.
  • • Participate in customer-focused Kaizen events to identify new project opportunities and capture initiative objectives prior to project initiation.
  • • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet to track tasks, manage timelines, and monitor performance against planned milestones.
  • • Accept full accountability for the successful achievement of project goals, outcomes, and deliverables.
  • • Maintain clear, consistent communication with all levels of customer organizations and internal Henry Schein teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • • Document project tasks, prioritize activities, and establish realistic timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • • Resolve complex operational issues using analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective decision-making.
  • • Build and nurture partnerships across internal departments and begin establishing external relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills to deliver difficult messages and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and maintain high proficiency with internal systems, tools, and procedures.
  • • Support additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Management Professional (CPMP) certification required
  • • Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma strongly preferred
  • • 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in professional experience
