- • Project Manager role supporting Support Operations within Customer Operations at DailyPay, a leading on-demand pay solution transforming how employees access earned wages.
- • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders; develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables; execute projects while managing risks and tracking progress.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Operations; build strong relationships, facilitate meetings, and tailor communications to various audience levels.
- • Proactively identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and project success.
- • Drive impact by ensuring R&D projects are delivered on time, meet operational requirements, and maintain the highest quality standards for DailyPay’s customer support initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of experience working in call centers, preferably in a financial services context, with experience coordinating across borders and time zones.
- • Proven experience balancing the needs of various stakeholders to deliver results.
- • Expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- • Familiarity with customer support technology stack and tooling.
- • Exemplary communication skills across all mediums and with stakeholders at all levels.
