- • As a Property Adjuster - Inside Estimating CT at Allstate, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders by virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately, with a focus on water losses to ensure customers receive the highest level of support and resolution.
- • Day to day, you will interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through software platforms like Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration via voice calls, email, and text messages, while wearing multiple hats as a Customer Service Expert, Investigator, Effective Communicator, Negotiator, Problem Solver, and Recorder to deliver compassionate, accurate, and efficient claim handling.
- • You will join Allstate’s Claims team, a company with over 90 years of innovation in protecting families and belongings, known for leadership in pricing sophistication, telematics, and device and identity protection, where your work directly contributes to customer trust and financial protection.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in property claims adjusting, gain proficiency in industry-standard tools like Xactimate, enhance your negotiation and communication skills, and build a foundation for career growth within Allstate’s claims organization through comprehensive initial and ongoing training.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of previous customer service experience required
- • Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred
- • Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage
- • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely
- • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
- • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions
