- • As a Moderate Inside Property Adjuster at Allstate, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders by virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately, with a focus on water losses.
- • Day to day, you will interact with customers, contractors, and vendors via phone, email, text, and video chat using platforms like Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, while managing documentation, negotiations, and claim resolutions in a fast-paced remote environment.
- • You will join Allstate’s Claims team, a company with over 90 years of innovation in protecting families, where you’ll embody the Claims Culture by leading with empathy, acting as a customer service expert, investigator, communicator, negotiator, problem solver, and recorder.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in property claims handling, gain proficiency in industry-standard estimating tools, strengthen your negotiation and communication skills, and build a foundation for long-term career growth within a supportive, training-rich environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of previous customer service experience required
- • Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred
- • Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage
- • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely
- • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
- • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions
- • Residency within the MST/CST/PST time zones required
