📋 Description

• • The Proposal Development Analyst supports RFP/RFI opportunities for new and renewal pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions, playing a key role in securing new business and renewals for Capital Rx, a public benefit corporation focused on transforming healthcare through innovative PBM and health benefit management.
• • Day to day, the analyst creates and refines proposal content, maintains the RFP response database using tools like Qvidian, assists with SME list management, supports proposal managers in developing responses, and ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• • Capital Rx, part of Judi Health, is an enterprise health technology company delivering full-service PBM solutions via Capital Rx, health benefit management via Judi Health™, and the proprietary Enterprise Health Platform (Judi®) to employers, health plans, and TPAs, with a mission to rebuild trust in U.S. healthcare.
• • In this role, the analyst will develop expertise in healthcare benefits, PBM operations, and proposal strategy, gaining the ability to lead complex RFP responses independently within 9-12 months while contributing to process improvements in content management and underwriting workflows.
