• • As a Proposal Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Global Proposal Management team, contributing to the smooth operation of proposal development by assisting with information organization, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring seamless workflow.
• • You will gain hands-on experience in reviewing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from clients, understanding the strategic importance of these documents.
• • Key responsibilities include assisting team members with inquiries regarding proposal processes and tools, ensuring efficient and accurate information flow.
• • You will be responsible for reviewing new RFPs and, under the guidance of your manager or senior colleagues, routing them to the appropriate proposal team members, demonstrating an understanding of project allocation.
• • Sending out internal notifications about new assignments and ensuring timely communication across the team is a crucial aspect of this role.
• • You will be instrumental in creating digital project folders, specifically utilizing SharePoint sites, and meticulously uploading essential project documentation, ensuring organized and accessible project archives.
• • Accurate data entry and regular updates within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce, as well as internal workload reports, will be a core function, contributing to data integrity and operational efficiency.
• • Uploading team reports to SharePoint and diligently tracking daily activity summaries will be essential for monitoring progress and maintaining team visibility.
• • You will actively contribute to database maintenance initiatives and data cleanup projects, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our internal data assets.
• • Performing basic data queries and generating reports, as requested, will provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
