- • The Provider Enrollment Coordinator II ensures credentialing activities comply with URAC, NCQA, state and federal regulations, playing a critical role in maintaining provider network integrity and compliance for CareSource.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing provider files for Primary and Secondary Source Verification, coordinating with Provider Relations and Data Integrity teams to resolve missing documentation, processing re-credentialing, managing daily work queues, responding to internal/external inquiries, scanning and filing documents in Cactus, and supporting Credentialing Committee preparations.
- • CareSource is a managed care organization focused on improving health outcomes for Medicaid and Medicare members, operating with a commitment to compliance, quality, and equitable access to care.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare credentialing standards, strengthen regulatory knowledge, enhance attention to detail and process management, and gain experience supporting accreditation readiness and provider network operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or equivalent
- • Minimum of one (1) year of credentialing experience or knowledge
- • Intermediate computer skills and ability to type 60+ WPM
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- • Knowledge of URAC and NCQA accreditation standards
- • Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
