📋 Description
- • Design, validate, and improve AI-powered psychometric assessments integrated with large language models (LLMs) to evaluate candidate potential at scale.
- • Conduct statistical analyses on item quality, fairness, reliability, and scoring accuracy using psychometric methods including Item Response Theory (IRT), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Classical Test Theory (CTT), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
- • Assist in developing and refining automated scoring algorithms that leverage machine learning techniques to enhance prediction of candidate performance.
- • Explore the application of LLMs for generating and evaluating assessment content, ensuring alignment with psychological constructs and job-relevant competencies.
- • Translate complex psychometric and AI-driven findings into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal non-technical teams.
- • Contribute to research reports and potential academic publications on emerging trends in AI-driven hiring and ethical assessment practices.
- • Support the expansion of Maki People’s library of psychometric assessments by designing bespoke activities and experiences tailored to client needs.
- • Evaluate the fairness and transparency of AI-driven scoring systems to ensure compliance with ethical standards in recruitment.
- • Collaborate with the Science team, Head of Science, and COO to align assessment development with broader workforce strategy goals, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- • Engage with regulatory bodies and industry leaders to help shape new standards for ethical AI use in hiring.
- • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients on how to interpret and apply psychological and AI-driven assessment insights.
- • Participate in original research studies examining the intersection of psychology, technology, and workforce outcomes.
- • Utilize statistical software such as R, Python, SPSS, or Mplus to analyze candidate and job data for predictive modeling of performance and potential.
- • Ensure all assessment tools maintain high standards of validity, reliability, and scientific rigor throughout their lifecycle.
- • Support client optimization of workforce strategies by delivering data-backed recommendations derived from psychometric analysis.
- • Participate in internal and external presentations to communicate research findings and assessment innovations.
- • Work cross-functionally to bridge psychometric science with product development and client success teams.
- • Maintain meticulous documentation of analytical procedures, model iterations, and validation results for auditability and reproducibility.
