• • As a Cyber Sales Engineer at Newxel Tech LLC, you will lead hands-on technical engagements with enterprise security teams across Europe and Asia, scoping, running, and converting proof-of-concepts (POCs) for an AI-driven autonomous penetration testing platform. This role is critical in translating complex technical outputs into actionable security strategies for CISOs and driving real business value from product evaluations.
• • Day to day, you will own the full POC lifecycle — including scoping, on-site setup within customer environments, executing autonomous pentests, interpreting findings, and delivering measurable business impact. You will be physically present at client sites approximately 50% of the time, with travel across the EU and Asia, and serve as the technical advisor in C-level conversations, bridging technical findings with strategic security decisions.
• • You will join a small, early-stage, venture-backed cybersecurity company building an autonomous penetration testing platform that runs end-to-end pentester work — discovery, exploitation, impact analysis — enabling continuous expert-grade offensive coverage without scaling headcount. The team moves fast on real production deployments, and you’ll be one of the first customer-facing engineers shaping the POC motion from the ground up.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in offensive security concepts, enterprise sales engineering, and product-led growth motions. You’ll gain direct exposure to CISOs and security architects at global enterprises, influence product development through field feedback, and build a track record of converting technical evaluations into paid deals — with compensation tied to actual POC conversion outcomes.
