- • Nexxen Group Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Publisher Operations Manager to join our innovative team in Tel Aviv. This pivotal role is centered around cultivating and managing publisher partnerships, with a primary focus on maximizing revenue generation and driving sustainable business growth through Nexxen’s cutting-edge Supply Side Platform (SSP). You will be instrumental in overseeing all facets of publisher account management, from the initial onboarding process to fostering enduring client relationships and ensuring seamless ongoing communication. This position demands a proactive and collaborative approach, working closely with a variety of internal departments to deliver unparalleled service and sophisticated solutions that meet and exceed publisher expectations.
- • As a Publisher Operations Manager, your responsibilities will encompass building and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with our valued publisher partners. This includes expertly managing the entire lifecycle of their engagement with Nexxen, from the critical initial onboarding phase, through continuous account optimization strategies, to meticulous reporting and billing processes, and maintaining consistent, clear communication channels. Your dedication to publisher success will be the cornerstone of this role.
- • A key aspect of your contribution will involve the proactive monitoring and in-depth analysis of critical data metrics. By diving deep into performance data, you will identify trends, uncover opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance overall performance, ensuring that publisher Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are not only met but consistently surpassed. Your analytical prowess will directly impact revenue growth and platform efficiency.
- • You will serve as the primary advocate for our publishers within Nexxen. This involves actively participating in and leading discussions in cross-functional meetings, ensuring that publisher needs and perspectives are clearly represented. Close collaboration with departments such as Accounting, Product Development, Engineering, Ad Operations, and Business Development is essential to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
- • Strategic communication with the Demand Operations team will be a regular and vital part of your role. By understanding current inventory demands and emerging market trends, you will contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at maximizing overall revenue for both Nexxen and our publisher partners. This involves anticipating market shifts and positioning our publishers for optimal success.
- • Developing a deep and comprehensive expertise in Nexxen’s suite of products and proprietary technologies is crucial. This knowledge will empower you to identify new and innovative growth opportunities for our publishers, ensuring they leverage the full potential of our platform and services. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding publishers towards greater success and deeper engagement.
