  • • A core responsibility will be the efficient management of transactional business, ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery of IT solutions. This involves meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • • You will play an instrumental role in expanding and nurturing SHI's partner network within the public sector. By cultivating strong relationships with technology partners, you will ensure that SHI can offer a comprehensive suite of solutions tailored to the unique demands of government clients.
  • • As the subject matter expert on the terms and conditions of relevant government contracts, you will provide invaluable guidance to both clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance and maximizing the benefits available through these agreements.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with Account Executives and other internal SHI resources to showcase SHI's capabilities, address complex customer challenges, and deliver exceptional value.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve regularly reviewing and refining processes to accelerate the deployment and utilization of technology within client organizations. This proactive approach ensures that clients are not just acquiring technology, but are leveraging it to its fullest potential.
  • • You will actively participate in SHI's major initiative campaigns, contributing to strategic efforts to expand SHI's presence and impact within the public sector.
  • • Preparing and delivering comprehensive management reports according to customer requirements will be essential, providing clear insights into account status, performance, and future opportunities.
  • • Diligent creation, tracking, and updating of all customer activities within the CRM system are paramount for maintaining accurate records and driving sales effectiveness.
  • • You will act as a central hub, coordinating efforts between customers, outside sales teams, and various internal SHI departments to ensure a cohesive and responsive client experience.
  • • Delivering outstanding customer service and support is non-negotiable. This includes the accurate creation of pricing quotes, proactive management of contract renewals, and addressing any client inquiries or issues with promptness and professionalism.
  • • You will be expected to identify customers’ pain points and develop end-to-end solutions that not only address immediate needs but also drive long-term retention and growth.
  • • Maintaining regular communication with customers to align forecasts with sales and supply chain management ensures that SHI is prepared to meet demand and deliver on commitments.
  • • Hosting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular status meetings will be a key part of building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing a platform for strategic discussion and performance review.
  • • You will be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations that clearly articulate SHI's value proposition and solutions, adeptly responding to questions and engaging stakeholders.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement, proposing actionable plans, and organizing resources to achieve desired outcomes without constant explicit instruction.
  • • You will leverage your digital acumen to identify opportunities for leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency and propose innovative digital solutions for clients.
  • • The ability to independently create and update documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and identifying areas needing clarification, will be a critical skill.
  • • You will contribute effectively within a team selling environment, sharing ideas, efforts, and respecting the contributions of others.
  • • Independent tracking and follow-up on tasks without requiring reminders will ensure that responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
