📋 Description

• As a Purchasing Specialist (Middle) at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will serve as the primary operational contact for all purchase requests, ensuring seamless, high-quality support across global departments including Engineering, Marketing, and Finance. Your work directly enables the company’s mission to deliver secure, stress-free business collaboration by optimizing procurement workflows, driving cost savings, and maintaining compliance with financial controls—making you a critical enabler of operational efficiency in a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS leader trusted by over 2 million users worldwide.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing daily purchase requests in the ZIP procurement automation system—reviewing, correcting, and processing requests for data completeness and compliance; providing instant support to requesters and acting as an escalation point for basic incidents to maintain an average PR cycle time of ≤10 working days; ensuring accurate cost allocation, processing vendor invoices, and guaranteeing timely payment booking; acting as the main operational contact for global vendors like Google, Amazon, and LinkedIn by reviewing contract attributes, identifying risks, and supporting stakeholder decisions; negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions to secure optimal commercial outcomes (30% of scope); identifying bottlenecks in the procurement cycle and contributing to workflow improvements, guides, and instructions; and producing monthly performance, financial, and cost-saving reports while supporting hard and soft savings initiatives.
• You will join a collaborative, globally distributed procurement team reporting to Kateryna Zodvun, working alongside one other Purchasing Specialist and two Procurement Sourcing Specialists. The team operates within iDeals’ culture of Commitment, Excellence, Collaboration, Trust, and Care, where remote-first flexibility is empowered by robust tools and processes. As part of a B2B SaaS leader recognized for customer-centricity on G2, you’ll contribute to a mission-driven organization that values precision, innovation, and human impact in high-stakes business processes like M&A, fundraising, and legal transactions.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global SaaS procurement, ERP systems (NetSuite/Coupa), and strategic vendor negotiation—building a clear pathway toward Senior Purchasing Specialist or Procurement Manager roles. You’ll gain hands-on experience in cost-saving methodologies, working capital optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder management while contributing to measurable financial impact. The role offers exposure to enterprise-level procurement automation and the opportunity to shape best practices in a scaling tech environment, enhancing your marketability in global IT and finance procurement domains.

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level (fluent written and confident speaking) for effective collaboration with international teams
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in procurement or purchasing, with proven use of purchasing software and SaaS management tools
• Familiarity with procurement platforms and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite or Coupa
• Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, multi-stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to improve commercial terms and mitigate risks
