  • • Shape the QA culture from scratch at Foundation Healthcare, LLC, establishing testing frameworks, standards, and processes with no legacy debt to manage.
  • • Lead end-to-end quality assurance for an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that integrates directly with EHR systems, ensuring patient safety and operational reliability.
  • • Execute automated front-end testing using Playwright and API testing using Postman across core platforms built on Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, and GCP.
  • • Test AI-powered systems and agentic workflows using emerging tools like Playwright MCP before they become industry standards, contributing to cutting-edge innovation in healthcare tech.
  • • Perform manual regression testing and UAT when automation is insufficient, applying judgment to determine optimal testing methods for each feature.
  • • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle, preventing production issues in high-stakes healthcare environments.
  • • Advocate for product quality by pushing back on releases that do not meet defined standards, with authority to halt deployment when patient safety or system integrity is at risk.
  • • Document test cases, workflows, and quality metrics to ensure transparency, repeatability, and compliance in a regulated healthcare technology environment.
  • • Work with real enterprise-level customers whose operations depend on the reliability of the platform, requiring meticulous attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • • Leverage AI tools within your own QA workflow to enhance test generation, execution, and analysis, staying ahead of industry trends in automated testing.
  • • Contribute to building a high-agency, fast-moving team culture where quality is a shared responsibility and not a siloed function.
  • • Participate in cross-functional whiteboarding sessions and problem-solving workshops in-office to strengthen team cohesion and technical alignment.
  • • Help define what world-class QA looks like in a Series A healthcare startup scaling rapidly with mission-critical patient-facing systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing with a focus on web applications and APIs
  • • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for automated front-end testing
  • • Proven experience working on enterprise-level products with high reliability and compliance requirements
  • • Demonstrated use of AI tools in testing workflows or direct experience testing AI-powered systems
  • • Ability to balance automated testing with manual testing based on risk and complexity
  • • Strong communication skills to advocate for quality and influence engineering decisions
