- • Write, execute, and maintain test cases for new features and existing functionality across the product suite
- • Perform exploratory testing to uncover unforeseen issues and validate user workflows under real-world conditions
- • Conduct regression testing and smoke testing at multiple stages of the software development lifecycle
- • Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to increase test coverage and efficiency
- • Report bugs with clear, actionable details including step-by-step reproduction, expected behavior, actual behavior, and priority classification
- • Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and identify potential quality risks early in development
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes as the team scales and product complexity increases
- • Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards before deployment to production environments
- • Validate functionality across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure cross-platform consistency
- • Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement to align testing efforts with development priorities
- • Document test results and maintain test libraries for future reference and team onboarding
- • Advocate for user-centric quality by challenging assumptions and identifying edge cases others may overlook
- • Work in a fully remote environment with asynchronous and synchronous collaboration across U.S.-based teams
- • Maintain a strong focus on detail, accuracy, and reproducibility in all testing activities
- • Support the delivery of high-quality SaaS products by integrating testing into agile development cycles
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience in QA or software testing
- • Solid foundation in manual testing and test case design
- • Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework: Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- • Ability to write clear, actionable bug reports that developers can easily reproduce and resolve
- • Natural inclination to think in edge cases and identify issues others miss
- • Experience testing SaaS or HR tech products (nice to have)
