QE Engineer (Contractor)

📋 Description

• • As a Manual QE Contractor at Trust Wallet, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the world’s leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, trusted by over 200 million users globally. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to provide a secure, seamless multi-chain experience by strengthening the release cycle across iOS and Android mobile apps through rigorous manual testing and structured bug reporting.
• • Day to day, you will execute regression test cycles on release candidates across a diverse device matrix, file detailed bug reports with reproduction steps and logs, perform exploratory testing on new features to uncover edge cases, triage bugs from internal and user sources, coordinate with developers and release managers during release candidate cycles, maintain and update test documentation in tools like TestRail or Jira, and support release-day validation through smoke tests and post-release monitoring.
• • You will join a global, fully remote QE team within Trust Wallet, a fast-growing blockchain company at the forefront of Web3 and self-custody technology. • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in mobile QE for complex financial applications, refine your structured testing and bug advocacy skills, gain exposure to blockchain and crypto wallet testing challenges, and contribute to high-stakes release cycles where quality directly impacts user trust and security. You’ll also strengthen your ability to work effectively across timezones in a distributed, engineering-led organization.
