📋 Description

• • Drive cross-functional AI product programs from scoping to launch, defining clear milestones, managing timelines, and tracking dependencies across engineering, product, design, and leadership teams.
• • Act as the primary liaison between engineering and business stakeholders, translating technical trade-offs into informed prioritization decisions and ensuring alignment on release plans and technical roadmaps.
• • Own and execute Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, story pointing, daily standups, and retrospectives while holding engineering teams accountable to velocity and delivery commitments.
• • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate schedule, scope, and technical risks across distributed teams, driving open issues to resolution with urgency and precision.
• • Serve as the single point of contact for program-level questions, providing clear, consistent upward communication to leadership on program health, status, and emerging risks.
• • Maintain comprehensive program documentation and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment across global teams operating across multiple time zones.
• • Coordinate execution of B2B SaaS and enterprise software initiatives with a focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery of AI-powered productivity tools.
• • Engage deeply with technical architecture proposals, demonstrating fluency to contribute meaningfully to scope discussions and engineering decision-making processes.
• • Ensure all product launches adhere to Plaud’s stringent data security and privacy standards, including compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, and EN 18031.
• • Collaborate with global teams to support Plaud’s rapid international expansion, leveraging real-time collaboration with US-based Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal functions.
• • Utilize best-in-class AI productivity tools (Cursor, GPT models, Gemini, Claude) to enhance execution efficiency and streamline QA workflows.
• • Participate in quarterly team events and annual company offsites, contributing to a culture rooted in craftsmanship, ownership, and high velocity.
• • Operate from a US-based location to enable seamless real-time coordination with domestic teams and stakeholders.
• • Maintain rigorous documentation and communication standards across all program activities to support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability.
• • Contribute to the evolution of human–AI intelligence interfaces by ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of Plaud’s next-generation AI work companion for over 1.5 million users worldwide.
• • Support the continuous improvement of QA processes within a bootstrapped, profitable company with a $250M revenue run rate, where every team member directly impacts product trajectory and market success.
