📋 Description

• The Quality Assurance RN role at Fira Health, Inc. is critical to ensuring clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and optimal reimbursement in Adaptive Home Health’s higher-acuity, patient-centered home health model across Michigan.
• Day to day, the QA RN will review and validate OASIS assessments (SOC, ROC, Recert, Transfer, Discharge) for accuracy and completeness, code and sequence diagnoses per ICD-10 and CMS guidelines, identify and correct errors impacting reimbursement or compliance, provide actionable feedback to field clinicians, and ensure all submissions meet current CMS, Medicare, and payer requirements.
• The team operates within a technology-forward environment that builds tools to streamline clinical operations and compliance, supporting documentation and QA workflows to reduce rework and maintain defensible, high-quality submissions.
• In this role, the QA RN can deepen expertise in OASIS and ICD-10 coding, influence patient care quality and clinician development, contribute to process improvement and training initiatives, and grow professionally in a remote, productivity-based setting with direct impact on agency performance and compliance.
