📋 Description

• As a Quality Assurance Specialist at ABC Legal Services, you will ensure the company works with the best process servers by providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance and accountability.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting underperforming process servers through direct communication, resolving blockers, setting clear expectations, reviewing daily reports, and tracking issues to report to leadership.
• ABC Legal Services is a national leader in service of process with over 30 years of experience, a growing team of 1,000+ employees, and headquarters in Seattle, operating across multiple states with a strong focus on technology and process innovation.
• In this role, you will develop coaching and training skills, gain experience in performance management within a legal services context, and contribute directly to operational excellence by improving server engagement and job completion rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
• Familiarity with Legal Processes is a plus
