- • The Operational Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of operational processes within collections, debt recovery, and cash application, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- • Day to day, the role involves conducting regular audits and reviews of operational processes, monitoring performance metrics, evaluating training effectiveness, mentoring junior QA team members, identifying process improvement areas, developing documentation, staying current with regulations, assessing risks, implementing new technologies, analyzing quality data, preparing reports for management, tracking KPIs, utilizing advanced data analysis techniques, collaborating with operations and other departments, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring alignment on quality standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- • 4+ years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or a related field
- • Strong understanding of operational processes, preferably within collections, debt recovery, and cash application
- • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, including data analysis tools and workflow management systems
- • Experience with AI tools or automation software to improve processes
- • Must successfully pass a background investigation
