- • As a Quality Improvement Project Manager - Health Equity at Centene Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the health of 28 million members by leading quality improvement initiatives that directly impact community health outcomes and ensure compliance with national standards.
- • Day to day, you will coordinate and monitor quality improvement and organizational projects from inception to closure, including NCQA and HEDIS preparation; provide functional and technical knowledge of NCQA/HEDIS to internal and external stakeholders; analyze data to develop presentations and educational materials; design and manage data review processes to ensure accuracy and integrity; coordinate work plans, teams, and resources for HEDIS/CAHPS submissions; implement interventions to improve health measures; maintain detailed project documentation; and support the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, audit facilitation, and closure.
- • You will join a diversified, national organization committed to health equity and community transformation, working within Centene’s quality and accreditation teams to uphold NCQA standards and support corporate compliance efforts across multiple departments.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare quality measurement, project management, and regulatory compliance; develop leadership skills in cross-functional coordination; and contribute meaningfully to improving health outcomes for underserved populations while advancing your career in managed care quality improvement.
