Quality Review Specialist I (MCS)

📋 Description

• • Conduct quality reviews of data stored in client files and company production systems to ensure accuracy and error-free information
• • Analyze quality reports to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements
• • Participate in the implementation and enhancement of quality control processes to maintain high operational standards
• • Understand and map team integration points with related departments to support seamless real estate transaction workflows
• • Influence team performance through individual contributions to quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of operations
• • Identify and resolve atypical, infrequently occurring problems using established precedents and procedures
• • Evaluate and select appropriate solutions from existing protocols and documented practices
• • Communicate complex operational information and interdependencies clearly to team members and cross-functional stakeholders
• • Work with limited supervision, exercising discretion to adapt work practices and processes for improved efficiency and outcomes
• • Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced team members without holding formal supervisory responsibilities
• • Perform all additional duties as assigned by management to support operational goals
• • Engage in field operations outside core Escrow and Title Operations to provide direct support throughout the real estate transaction lifecycle—prior to, during, and post-closing
• • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements through meticulous data validation and documentation
• • Maintain awareness of evolving industry practices and apply relevant insights to enhance review processes
• • Collaborate with production teams to align quality review activities with transaction timelines and client expectations
• • Document findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner to support continuous improvement initiatives
